2. Non-Refundable Situations

❌ Change of mind after purchase or deciding you no longer need the service.

❌ External factors beyond our control:

  • Competitor actions

❌ Unrealistic expectations:

  • Rankings not improving as quickly as expected (SEO takes 30-90 days)
  • Subjective design or content preferences

❌ Lack of required information — If you don’t provide necessary access or business details.

❌ Terms violations — Sharing, reselling our tools, or abusive behavior.
